NHL Rumour Report: Leafs goalie search rumblings intensify

New names have surfaced in the Leafs search for a solution in net.

- It looks increasingly likely that the Maple Leafs make some sort of goaltending move before the March 21st trade deadline.

- The list of goalies linked to Toronto continues to grow, though there aren't a ton of ideal fits.

- At the top of the list (as has been well documented) is Marc-Andre Fleury. Fleury appears to be at least willing to consider a move to Toronto, but he won't come cheap either in terms of acquisition price and cap hit. Even with salary retained, Toronto will have to find a way to make it work - perhaps sending salary out in the process.

- The other goalies G Kyle Dubas has apparently kicked tires on in recent days: Alexandar Georgiev, Braden Holtby, Semyon Varlamov, James Reimer, Anton Forsberg and Jaroslav Halak. Though rumours linking them to Joonas Korpisalo haven't surfaced this season, he's been on Toronto's list in the past.

- Of course, a healthy Jack Campbell or a competent Petr Mrazek would be an easier solution for Toronto. But with the trade deadline just days away, Kyle Dubas may not have time to sit around and see if things work themselves out.
