NHL Rumour Report: Brock Boeser rumblings gaining momentum

Contenders for the high end winger are starting to emerge.

- Vancouver is starting to become the center of the NHL rumour mill with several big names rising to the top of the trade conversation.

- Rumblings around several big name Canucks such as JT Miller, Conor Garland and Jaroslav Halak have been around for months, but now another huge name is surfacing in trade talks: Brock Boeser.
-  Boeser has always been a name that's been bandied about to various levels, but with his pending RFA arbitration eligible status this summer, the rumours have begun to reach a fevered pitch.

- The Canucks have a lot of moving parts, and could certainly stand pat and wait for the offseason to make major moves. But teams looking to load up for a playoff drive may not have the patience to wait for the summer to strike.

- Among the teams believed to have interest are the Devils. It's worth noting that rumours this past week have suggested the Canucks are interested in Devils forward Pavel Zacha. Are these two rumours perhaps tied together?

-New Jersey will be far from alone in pursuit of Boeser, and vise versa for Zacha, who has the added benefit of being able to play center for any team looking to acquire him.

- It feels like the Canucks are bound to make at least one blockbuster in the coming weeks - be it Boeser, Miller, Garland or something else.
